HOW HELPERS WORK — NO TRACKING. NO STALKING. EVER.
Q: Can someone add me without consent and track me?
A: No. Double opt-in. Until YOU say YES (reply YES or tap Accept), you get no alerts and no location. If you ignore it or tap Decline, you are never contacted again.
Q: If I accept, will they track me live?
A: No. Never. Even after you accept, you only receive a location IF that person presses SOS in danger. No live tracking, no daily tracking, no background tracking. Location is shared only during the emergency.
Q: How do I stop?
A: Reply STOP to any text, or tap the Decline link. You are removed from the helper list right away.
Q: For owners: what does a helper see?
A: "Marie needs help" + the SOS message + GPS location + time. When the SOS ends, location stops. Helpers can never request your location.
Our rule: helpers are notified, never trackers. Location is shared ONLY during SOS, ONLY with helpers who said YES.
